The main portion of SUMO is complete as the foam has been sandwiched between masonite ribs for structural integrity. There was a small issue with the joint on the masonite, but sanding the problem areas allowed the joints to be hammered together. At this point the only CNC cutting left to be done is the foam and masonite for the moveable door.
